Terms of Service
Effective date: August 12, 2027
Starter draft: These terms are general website content and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before FlyerJob launches or accepts paid campaigns.
1. Acceptance
By accessing FlyerJob.com, submitting information, or using any FlyerJob service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Marketplace role
FlyerJob connects businesses seeking flyer distribution with individuals interested in local gig assignments. Unless expressly stated in writing, FlyerJob does not guarantee that a worker will receive assignments or that a business campaign will produce any particular commercial result.
3. Worker eligibility and conduct
Workers must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, follow assignment instructions, comply with applicable laws and property rules, safeguard campaign materials, and submit truthful completion information. Assignment acceptance does not create guaranteed ongoing work.
4. Independent relationship
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, gig opportunities are intended for independent contractors. Workers are responsible for their own taxes, transportation, equipment, insurance, and expenses as applicable.
5. Business responsibilities
Businesses must provide lawful, accurate, and non-infringing flyer content; identify campaign requirements; obtain any permissions for distribution; and pay agreed fees. Businesses may not request unlawful placement, trespass, mailbox insertion prohibited by law, or misleading reporting.
6. Payments and cancellations
Campaign pricing, worker compensation, payment timing, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility may be stated in a separate quote or assignment agreement. Those specific terms control if they conflict with this general page.
7. Prohibited activity
Users may not submit false information, interfere with the service, misuse personal information, distribute prohibited content, misrepresent completed work, or violate local, state, or federal law.
8. Intellectual property
FlyerJob owns its website branding and original platform content. Businesses retain responsibility for and rights to materials they provide, while granting FlyerJob permission to use those materials solely to perform requested services.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, FlyerJob disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Any aggregate liability will be limited as permitted by applicable law and any controlling written agreement.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. Questions may be sent through the contact method published on FlyerJob.com.
